The River Song
Set in Kediri, a village that sits in the hills of Tabanan encircled by a flowing river, The River Song is a house that evokes serenity and personalised living. The property sits in front of a torren, giving us a generous 140 meters of river frontage. It is a stylistic statement that pays homage to refined architectural design, in combination with Indonesian sourced materials and local Balinese craftsmanship.

Upon entering the driveway and parking area, we see the corner of the villa surrounded by the land’s original trees and vegetation. Stairs lead us down to the main entrance.
An expansive open living space transitions from living, to dining, to kitchen. All overlook the deck, pool, and river below. The ceiling is made up of wooden beams and panelling, using certified wood.
Natural daylight floods the open space through the glassed facade. The spacious custom kitchen hides the access to a pantry and a storage space. Beyond that, a hallway encased in glass bring us to a staircase that lead to the upper floor.
Upstairs, we are met with 3 guest bedrooms, each measuring a generous 47sqm. The bedrooms face the communal roof terrace, overlooking the pool and flowing river. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and designated closet space.
Each bathroom is uniquely fitted out with a different marble. They all have glass facades and skylights to ensure natural daylight is always present.
Timeline
The land was acquired back in mid 2023 after over one year of searching. After comprehensive due diligence, the land was successfully acquired and registered under the direction of PT Tera. All documentation and legal paperwork has been thoroughly vetted and verified through a notary.
The River Song officially broke ground in January of 2024 and has been progressing on schedule since starting.
The project is set to be completed and available for purchase by the end of 2025.

The 70sqm primary suite is combined with a 37sqm roof terrace to create a private space to retreat into. The bedroom features a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
